The Summer Shindig at Hidden River will be our summer kick-off celebration and a staple event for (hopefully) years to come. Friday, June 5th @ Hidden River
6:00–7:00 AM Arrival, check-in, coffee, light breakfast, tee gifts
7:15 AM Welcome & brief overview
7:30 AM Shotgun start
11:30 AM–12 PM — Finish round 1
12:00–12:45 PM — Lunch, Rest and Hydration
1:00 PM Round 2 (shotgun)
5:00-5:30PM Finish up golf, regroup at the clubhouse

Summer Shindig
Event Flow
Guests roll in early as the sun starts to peak through the pines and glisten off the river. You'll be greeted with coffee, a light breakfast, and a few welcome gifts to set the tone for the day.
Warm up, banter with new and familiar faces, and get the body ready for a full day ahead.
After a quick rundown, groups will head out for a round 1 shotgun start; the first 18 holes of what will be a full day of golf & fun.
Midday brings a chance to reset — lunch, hydration, stories from the morning round, and a little time to take in the quiet beauty of Northern Michigan before heading back out for another loop as the summer afternoon settles in.
Groups will finish up early evening (5:30ish PM) and make their way back to the clubhouse. The day shifts into a few hours of 'do as you please'. The pace slows and the celebration really begins. Guests can cast a line in the pond, sneak in a few extra swings (full nine, or try our 3-hole loop with the shoes off), or simply hang out with a drink in hand and enjoy the camaraderie. Part 1 of the event ends at 7PM.
For those continuing into the evening experience, the day flows naturally into a wood-fire chef dinner along the river. Custom cocktails, cigars, light tunes, and a laid-back night golf short course under the setting sun and stars — the perfect way to close out a full day of golf, connection, and the unofficial kickoff to the season.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime before May 5th for a full refund (minus 3% processing fee).
After May 5th, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket price paid. If your spot is filled by the time of the event, you will then be refunded the other 50% of your ticket (minus 3% processing fee).
Will I get to choose my playing partners?
If you plan to sign-up with a few buddies, YES you will be able to play with them all day long. We'll get this information when you take our participant survey...If you plan to sign-up alone, we'll make sure to find you a great group to play with.
What's a Local Brand Partner?
Great question! Our brand partners are friends of North Coast that have been gracious enough to offer select discounts for the weekend. This includes places to golf, eat & drink, shop, stay and more. Full list will be available by May 1st or before.
