Places of Interest: Gaylord, Michigan
A quiant town nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan just off of I-75. Gaylord is one of the larger "towns" in Northern Michigan and has a plethora of fun things for the adventurer to partake in.

The area is chock-full of great golf, but it also has a ton of outdoor trails for hiking, solid skiing in the winter, and oddly enough, it's home to one of the largest free-roaming Elk Herd east of the Mississippi. Don't sleep on Gaylord.
Treetops
Treetops resort features 5 fantastic courses of Pure Michigan golf. One of the main resorts that originally put Michigan on the map in the golf world. Every course is uniquely its own, but all five feature great layouts, jaw-dropping elevation changes and surreal views.
'Threetops'
The OG Par 3 course in Michigan. The stuff of legends, literally. Back in the late 90's and early 2000's Threetops hosted big names like Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino, Phil Mickelson, and more for a 'shootout' charity Par 3 contest.
Otsego Club - The Tribute
One of two course at Otsego Club. The Tribute is a classic ‘Up North’ course with vast views, great elevation changes and land that seems to go on for miles and miles.
Where to Stay
If you venture to Gaylord, there's plenty of options and great stay-and-play packages at both Treetops and Otsego Club. Head into town for a ton of great local food options and watering holes.
